Position criteria:
- A results oriented self-starter who possesses excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Focus and meticulous attention to detail.
- Track record of delivering outstanding results and driving team success.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors and work under tight deadlines when necessary with excellent project tracking skills.
- Proven leader with fresh, forward-thinking techniques to reach lead generation and revenue goals.
- Strong marketing knowledge and expertise in the following areas; execution of integrated campaigns, online and social media tactics, event-based marketing, metrics and analytics.
- Proven success with managing and mentoring a growing team is essential
- Excellent oral presentation, written communications, and sales interaction skills are a must.
- Experience with commonly used marketing tools including web-based collaboration tools, CRM and marketing automation systems required.
- Knowledge of Hubspot a definite asset.
