It's not about WHERE employees do their work, it's about HOW

One of the knocks about remote work is that if I don’t watch you do your work, you won’t do it. The risk has never been about where employees do their work. It’s all about how.

Employee experience is about establishing and maintaining the conditions so that great work is possible from anywhere.

As COVID forced employees to work from home, this meant many organization’s had to scramble to ensure that their people had easy access to the people and tools they need to be productive.

According to research from Igloo Software, 57% of surveyed employees admitted to using at least one non-company approved application to communicate or share company information.

Since the average organization uses hundreds of distinct SaaS services, with most of these falling into the "shadow IT" category, your employees ARE using tools that you didn't buy, don't own and don't control.
