The futurists are anticipating the arrival of cloud-based, consumer grade social tools at work.

The future is nigh and we're already overloaded.

In a new article for CMSWire, Melissa Henley flags the importance of IT as agents of change in curating the employee experience with tools that are connected and compliant.

"IT can lead the way by adopting a new approach that takes employee experience into account," says Henley.

"IT can advocate for technologies that put employees in the best possible position to do their jobs."

AAG introduced a new social tool - employee recognition - inside the platform the organization had already approved and was already connecting employees across the country every day.
